• Flush drains ( if applicable )
• Inspect thermostat and calibrate
• Inspect blower motor
• Check capacitor
• Check fresh air intake and exhaust
• Check CO level (mandatory)
• Check components
• Check temperature rise

•Replace oil filter
•Replace oil nozzle
•Replace fuel unit strainer
•Purge pump and usurping flow
•Remove , clean , and inspect burner coupling
•Check blower assembly belt and bearings ( if needed)
•Oil motor
•Brush and vacuum blower wheel (if needed )
•Check combustion analysis

• Hook up water connections
• Install and secure fittings
